Instructions for filling the Registration Form:-

  • All enabled fields marked with a * (red asterisk) are compulsory to be filled. In case the data cannot be filled or is not available you can specify N.A. in that field.
  • You need to use a Javascript enabled browser to fill up the application form. Recommended and tested browsers are Internet Explorer 8+, Mozilla FireFox 2, Mozilla FireFox 3.
  • Please keep a copy of filled form for your record.
  • Registration does not guarantee admission.

Important Note:-

1. ENTRY LEVEL CLASS - I (BORN BEFORE 31st MARCH 2020).

2. YOU ARE ADVISED TO FILL IN ONLY ONE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM. DUPLICATE FORMS SHALL BE REJECTED.
