LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION IN GENERAL CATEGORY
- Four latest Passport size photographs of child and 2 for Parents.
- Date of Birth Certificate in original and photocopy.
- Original and Photocopy of Residence proof- (Should be same as filled in Registration form)
- Medical Fitness Certificate in original.
- Original & Photocopy of the Pan Card and Aadhaar Card of parents.
- Vaccination card (For Class I)
Note:
- All photocopies to be self attested by the parents.
- The documents should tally with the details filled in the Registration form.
